At a commencement of a week, we reported on an elaborate hoax staged by a Tampa lady named Alisha Hessler, who went by a name “Jasmine Tridevil” and attempted to remonstrate a internet she’d gotten a third breast ingrained to seem homely to men. That was Monday. It’s now Friday, and brands are already capitalizing on a viral hoax to hawk Halloween costumes.
Halloweencostumes.com has an ingenious way to re-create a 3-boob lady: only fasten dual sets of feign bust together and cover them in glossy pinkish stuff. The outcome is hilariously bad, though so was Tridevil’s prosthetic, so we shouldn’t be too harsh.
This is a universe we live in today: A viral story spreads, is suggested as a hoax, and eventually done into a Halloween costume. Does nobody remember Balloon Boy?
