I have a few months to go. Time is as fast as a blinking eye. This week we had a hectic Ignite Training Series wherein we were partnered with multi-functional teams. It was nice to experience P&G from the marketing lens. Seeing how it differs with that of sales and ms&p. I really immersed through the experience afterall it’s gonna be the last of my B2 related trainings. It was tiring because we had to get up so early in the morning upto past midnight. But no regrets really. We had a grad ceremony in Makati Shang then after that I headed to angkong’s place for power nap because of a really bad migraine. The power nap allowed me to last the valentines dinner with charles at Gullivers. Then I got a bit of time for American Idol even if my head was throbbing already. HAHA! 
The manager vs. Self assessment was interesting because it really proves that what you think of yourself is not necessarily always how the world views you. I got the privilege to map what my jap boss thinks of me considering we have never met only over skype. It was pretty good. I had lower expectations of myself in some areas and he apparently has a better impression giving me higher in executional excellence. We both agree my strength really is on influencing.
Friday came and my japanese boss gives me a 16% increase that will last me for the year. He told me it’s like an inflation. Haha. And asked me to work 16% more!
