American Idol Amber Holcomb Funny Valentine — The last performer of the sudden death round was a blast, coming from Amber.
Last Wednesday, a huge bunch of fantastic female talents sang their way through the first 5 highly-coveted spot in American Idol’s sudden death round. One of these is a Houston, Texas singer Amber Holcomb, who gets a standing ovation from all of the judges.

Keith gave her a huge smile and said “Why do you make it so hard on everybody else? … the breath control, making it look so easy. So great to watch. Knocked it out of the park, baby.” On the other hand, Nicki Minaj told Amber “That vocal was A+++. But, I’m wondering if that inner shine is going to shine through the TV … I just wish that it jumped out more. But the vocal is at the top of the class.”
